Programming built around your life, your goals, and the specific thing you are chasing. Not a template. Not a subscription. A relationship.
Most people do not need 1-on-1 training. Most people need a good monthly program, the discipline to show up, and the patience to let the work compound. That is what the monthly programming is for.
One-on-one is different. I need to know you are committed to something specific — something that enables me to create, something that stretches my abilities and yours. I need you to communicate well and show up consistently. Not perfectly. Consistently. Because the work I do on my end is real work — studying your movement, thinking about your progression, adjusting the plan as your body and your life change.
The projects I have loved most have been wildly varied. Preparing someone for Navy SEAL selection. Programming for a professional cyclist. Youth soccer development. Adventure athletes chasing something they were not sure they could do. People overcoming a genuine fear of their own body. The common thread was never the goal — it was the person. Self-motivated, communicative, and willing to trust the process.

Remote programming with real coaching behind it. No live sessions — this is about the quality of the plan and the ongoing relationship, not performing for a camera.
Written specifically for you through BridgeAthletic. Your goals, your weekly rhythm, your equipment, your injuries, your life. Not a template with your name on it. Programming that draws from a wide landscape of training methods and movement traditions. Whatever serves where you are going.
Every Sunday I review your week and set the direction for the next one. What went well, what needs adjusting, what is coming. This is where the programming stays alive instead of becoming a static document you follow blindly.
Voice notes and text. Ask me questions, tell me how something felt, send me a video of a movement you are unsure about. I respond within 48 hours, though I will usually be quicker. This is a real line of communication, not a chatbot.
Through the BridgeAthletic app. Send me video, I send you feedback. Honest assessment of where you are and what to adjust. Not cheerleading — coaching.
Every two months, a longer conversation to zoom out. Where are we headed? What has changed? What is the next phase of this? These are the conversations that keep the work purposeful over months and years, not just weeks.
General physical preparation, but not the watered-down version. The programming draws from strength and conditioning science, emergent movement culture, somatic practices, dance, gymnastics, ecological dynamics. I have been across a wide landscape of training traditions and practices, deeply skilled in some, inspired by others, always learning. The point is the breadth of the lens, not loyalty to any single method.
The through-line is thinking in themes and qualities. What do the hips need to do? What does it feel like to be sudden? What does it feel like to be free? Vectors, patterns, tools. Physiological adaptation through exploration, not prescription. The structure changes because your body and your goals do.
Barbells, rings, kettlebells, sleds, bodyweight, sprints. Traditional and exploratory movements alongside each other. It can be complex and it can be beautifully simple. A capable body requires range.

I need a purpose to create. You bring the purpose. I bring the craft.

You have a specific goal that requires individualized programming — not a general desire to "get in shape." You are preparing for something, recovering from something, building toward something that matters to you.
You are self-motivated. You do not need someone to hold your hand or remind you to train. You need someone who can see what you cannot see and build what you cannot build for yourself.
You communicate well. You tell me when something feels wrong, when life shifts your schedule, when the program needs to breathe. The relationship works because you show up to it.
You are chasing an aesthetic and nothing else. I understand wanting to look good — I do too. But if that is the entire purpose, the monthly programming will serve you well and save you money.
You are not ready to commit. Flaky does not work here. I invest real time in your programming and I need to know you are investing real effort in return.
You want live sessions or someone watching you train in real time. That is not this. This is about the quality of the programming, the ongoing dialogue, and the long-term relationship between coach and athlete.
Month-to-month · 10 spots maximum
I cap this at ten athletes. Not because it sounds exclusive — because that is the number I can serve well while still doing the thinking each person deserves. When the spots are full, they are full.

Reach out on Instagram. We talk. I want to understand what you are after, what your life looks like, and whether this is the right fit. No pitch, no pressure. Some people belong in the monthly program. Some belong here. Some need something else entirely. I will tell you honestly.
If we decide to work together, you complete an intake that covers your training history, current rhythm, goals, injuries, equipment access, and what excites you about movement. I also want to know what you are afraid of. This is the foundation everything gets built on.
Your first block lands in BridgeAthletic. I walk you through the logic behind it — the why, not just the what. From there, the weekly rhythm begins. You train, you communicate, I adjust. The program evolves as you do.
Not sure 1-on-1 is what you need? The monthly programming is the same training philosophy at a fraction of the cost. Train exactly how I train for $29/month.
